I've used two seperat video clips and masked the cup in the background from video number 2 so it will be present the entire way though. I've animated a 3d object which was made in blender and then i've audio and a starting transition to introduce the event. As a fun touch i've made the 2020 olympian graphic for my videos seen in the top left corner
